Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All tournament registrations and payments made to Yard Deck are final.
• No refunds, cancellations, transfers, or adjustments will be provided once payment has been completed.
• Participants who fail to attend matches or events will not be eligible for any refund or compensation.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, event rescheduling, or modifications, Yard Deck reserves the right to take appropriate decisions regarding tournament operations.
• By registering for a tournament, participants acknowledge and agree to this no-refund and no-cancellation policy.
• Participants are advised to carefully read and understand the official rules and regulations of the game before participating in any tournament.
• In case a tournament cannot be conducted due to rain, weather conditions, venue issues, government restrictions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, Yard Deck reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, modify, continue at a later date, or cancel the tournament.
• In such situations, Yard Deck may choose to provide a full refund, partial refund, credit for a future tournament, or no refund depending on operational expenses, venue costs, and tournament arrangements already completed.
• Participants agree that all decisions regarding postponement, rescheduling, continuation, cancellation, or refunds will be made solely by Yard Deck and will be considered final.
