By registering for any tournament or event organized by Yard Deck, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All participants must provide accurate registration details during signup.
- Tournament schedules, formats, fixtures, and rules may be modified by Yard Deck if required due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
- Players are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward organizers, staff, opponents, and spectators. Any misconduct, abusive behavior, cheating, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in immediate disqualification without refund.
- Yard Deck reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration found to be invalid, fraudulent, or in violation of tournament rules.
- Participants are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled matches. Delays or no-shows may result in walkovers or disqualification.
- By participating, players acknowledge that sports activities involve physical exertion and risk of injury. Participants voluntarily take part at their own risk.
- Yard Deck, organizers, venue partners, sponsors, and staff shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, medical issue, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings occurring before, during, or after the event.
- Participants are advised to ensure they are medically fit to participate in sports activities and competitions.
- Tournament photos/videos may be captured during events and may be used by Yard Deck for promotional, social media, or marketing purposes.
- Registration slots are confirmed only after successful payment verification by Yard Deck through the payment gateway.
- Payments are securely processed through the Cashfree payment gateway.
- Yard Deck reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
- During any tournament or match, the final decision of the tournament officials, referees, or organizers must be accepted by all participants. Any disputes regarding game-play, scoring, scheduling, or tournament operations will be resolved by the official decision of Yard Deck and tournament authorities.
- Continued use of Yard Deck services and participation in tournaments indicates acceptance of these terms, policies, and tournament rules.
